Escape "#" hash symbol when searching, and show horizontal scrollbar when statusbar is visible

• Escape "#" hash symbol when searching, like: :open /home/user/Documents/Book\ \#1/book\#1.pdf
• Bottom-bar now behaves as a solid box instead of an overlay, which prevents hiding the horizontal scrollbar behind the statusbar.
